BIAXIAL HINGE DEVICE AND PORTABLE TERMINAL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A double axle hinge device and a portable terminal are provided to omit space for arrangement of a harness and an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board), thereby miniaturizing the double axle hinge device. CONSTITUTION: In case the rotation angle of a second shaft member(30) for a first shaft member(11) is a first rotation angle, a fitting/releasing controller releases the fitting protrusion portion(55) of a thrust cam member(31) from the fitting groove(64) of a rotary arm member(34). In case the rotation angle is a second rotation angle, in order that the fitting protrusion portion can be fitted to the fitting groove, the fitting/releasing controller moves the thrust cam member to a rotary arm member side through the contact protrusion portion of the thrust cam member.
