PURPOSE: A memory module is provided to reduce the number of connected signals by serially connecting CPU, and the volatile memory and nonvolatile memory. CONSTITUTION: The memory module (MEM0) is composed of the memory chip (M0,M1,M2). Memory chips are serially connected with the CPU (CPU CHIP). The memory chip (M0) is the volatile memory. The memory chip (M1,M2) is the nonvolatile memory. |
