The device has integration parts (4) e.g. connection parts, for integrating respective posts or masts e.g. metallic poles (2), to a masonry construction (1). Each integration part is equipped with two spaced attachment units (40) for its fixation to the masonry construction in a vertical alignment position of the attachment units. The integration parts integrate the posts or masts to the masonry construction in a vertical raised position in which the posts or masts support a guardrail element (3).
