The device has a parallelepiped shaped metallic flat body (1) with drilled through holes (2) assuring passage of a clamping screw. Traversing holes are arranged on sides of the through holes and pass strands of a flexible connection element (K) e.g. cable, between an object and a support. A threaded bore is arranged in a perpendicular manner at each traversing hole such that a screw (3) is inserted in the hole when a required relative position of the object with respect to the support is attained. The screw is supported on the element while preventing sliding of the element by screwing.
