PURPOSE: A sheet processing apparatus and an image forming apparatus are provided to perform a cutting process according to the cutting size of an edge regardless of deforming process set-up. CONSTITUTION: A deforming unit deforms the bent central part of a bent sheet bundle. Cutting units(621) cut an edge part faced to the bent central part of the bent sheet bundle. A stopper unit(663) determines the positioned of the bent sheet bundle which is cut by the cutting units.
