PURPOSE: A hula hoop is provided to widen the area contacted with human body and enhance exercise effect. CONSTITUTION: A hula hoop comprises: a body(110) having ring shape; and a body contact widen portion(120) which is formed up and down to the body. The body contact widen portion comprises plural grooves and projections which are formed integrally.
