<p>PURPOSE: A pressure conditioning squeegee system for a screen print and a method for controlling pressure are provided to maintain coating thickness of a paste for bonding a semiconductor device by maintaining the squeegee pressure to a preset pressure value. CONSTITUTION: A driving unit moves a squeegee(400) in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction. A pressure measuring unit(410) measures the vertical pressure. The vertical input is applied to the squeegee. An analog signal type squeegee pressure signal is measured by the pressure measuring unit. If the squeegee pressure signal reaches the preset pressure value, an indication unit generates a control signal. A motion board generates a drive stop signal according to the control signal. The vertical movement of the driver is stopped by the driving stop signal.</p> |
