MACHINE FOR FORMING REFLCTING GROOVE AT PLASTIC DISPLAY BOARD

PURPOSE: A machine for forming a reflecting groove of a plastic display board is provided to continuously mold a reflecting groove by an automatic controlling. CONSTITUTION: A board support part(100) comprises a board support body(110) and a first shaft moving unit guiding part(120). A first shaft moving unit comprises two vertical supports(211) and two horizontal supports(212) formed between the vertical supports. A second shaft moving unit has a second shaft moving unit driving motor(241) to be moved along a second moving unit guide part(212a). Pin holder guide parts(251) are formed in punching heads(250). Pin holders(270) are formed in the pin holder guide parts to be slid. A rotary motion of A pin holder driving motor(281) is changed to a linear to-and-fro motion of the pin holders. Pins are coupled to the bottom of the pin holders.
