PURPOSE: A cutting wheel, and a cutting device including the same are provided to effectively perform a cutting process by variously changing the kind of wheels. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device including a cutting wheel is composed as follows: A barrel(12) is extended along a central axis. Cutting lines(14) are formed on the outer surface of the barrel by coating diamond particles. The barrel comprises a first part, a second part, and a third part. An external diameter of the first part is a first external diameter. An external diameter of the second part is different from the first external diameter, and an external diameter of the third part is the second external diameter.
