PURPOSE: An anti-snoring band using low frequency stimulation is provided to simply wear at the site of meridian system or acupoint and carry. CONSTITUTION: An anti-snoring band using low frequency stimulation comprises: an elastic band(100) which is worn on wrist; a low frequency stimulator(200) for providing inside or outside of the band; and anode and cathode stimulation plate(300,400) connected to the low frequency stimulator. The low frequency stimulator comprises: a switching member, powder supply member, a low frequency output member having strong and weak functions and stimulation time controlling function, a control member for controlling the other members; and a display which shows strength or weakness of the low frequency signal, stimulation time, and mode change according to the control value by the control member.
