PURPOSE: An antiglare film is provided to improve the antiglare performance and transparency equally and to secure excellent interlayer adhesion. CONSTITUTION: An antiglare film comprises a transparent high-molecular film(1) and a transparent hard coating layer which is formed on one or both sides of the transparent high-molecular film. The transparent hard coating layer comprises a first hard coating layer(2) made of light curable resin composition, and a second hard coating layer(3) which is formed on the first hard coating layer and made of light curable resin composition and inorganic particles. An adhesion promoter of silane group is formed one or both of the first and the second has coating layer.
