The photo-conductor may be ZnO or 2CdS 3CdCO 3 but others are specified. The alkyd resin may be linseed oil, modified medium oil, length alkyd resin or a styrene modified alkyd resin while the benzoguanamine may be modified with formaldehyde. The composition is coated on a paper or metal support to give an electrophotographic element. The two resins are heated to cross-link them. A mixture of dyestuffs may be used as sensitizers for the composition.
