PURPOSE: An apparatus for dermatotherapy is provided, which can minimize side effect including burn and can obtain skin syndrome enhanced state. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for dermatotherapy comprises a key input unit(30) selecting the surgical operation program; a memory unit(50) in which the surgical operation program is saved; a radio frequency output(60) which can generate high frequency; an LED light generation part(80) generating the light by the LED; a timer part(20) restricting the optical irradiation and radio frequency output time; a level adjustment part(70) controlling the optical irradiation and radio frequency output; an illuminating part(90) controlling the optical irradiation; a controller(40) controlling the wavelength output and light irradiation; and a handpiece(100) which comes into contact with the skin and massages the skin.
