PURPOSE: An LCD device is provided to control the property of matter of the adhesion layer of a first polarizing plate and a second polarizing plate in both sides of an LCD panel, thereby improving the light leakage of the LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: A backlight unit(10) supplies the light to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel(30). A first polarizing plate(20) is laminated to one side of the LCD panel. A second polarizing plate(40) is laminated to the other side of the LCD panel. The first polarizing plate is laminated to the LCD panel with the first adhesion layer(21) of small glass adhesive power. The second polarizer is laminated to the LCD panel with the second adhesion layer(41) of large glass adhesive power. The first and second adhesion layers are composed of adhesive composition. The adhesive composition includes adhesive resin and cross-linking agent.
