POSITION REFERENCE IDENTIFIER FOR EFFECTIVE CONNECTION BETWEEN CONSTRUCTION DRAWING AND FEATURES OF DIGITAL MAP

PURPOSE: A position reference identifier for effective connection between a construction drawing and the features of a digital map is provided to supply an identifier including a generation year field for the provision of an administrative district. CONSTITUTION: Administrative district code information is checked(S230), and it is checked whether or not the last serial number of the district code information exists(S240). If the last serial number of the district code information does not exist, the number 000001 is assigned to the serial number(S250). If the last serial number exists, the number which is equal to 1 plus the last serial number is assigned as the serial number(S260). A spatial object identifier is generated(S270).
