PURPOSE: A method for making pork cutlet using ribs is provided to ensure soft and chewy taste. CONSTITUTION: A method for making pork cutlet using ribs comprises: a step of cutting 150g of ribs; a step of tenderizing the ribs with a meat tenderizer; a step of scattering salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the ribs in a same ratio; a step of mixing pear juice, onion, chungju liquor, soybean sauce, chopped scallion, chopped garlic, and sesame oil; a step of ripening for one hour; a step of covering with wheat flour and egg and frying for 4 to 5 minutes; and a step of pouring sauce containing apple, pine apple, banana, ketchup, onion, and Worcesterhire sauce. |
