PURPOSE: A color sensor and an electronic device with the same are provided to reduce the number of terminal electrodes for accessing the outside. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of optical sensors(101R,101G,101B) comprises respective CCD(Charge Coupled Device)s(102R,102G,102B) and optical filters(103R,103G,103B). The optical filters have different optical light-transmissive characteristics. The optical sensors are mounted on an interposer(100). The interposer has the first wire with branches for electrically connecting the first terminal electrode with the optical sensors and the second wire with branches for electrically connecting the second terminal electrode with the optical sensors. The first terminal electrode inputs high power potential. The second terminal electrode inputs low power potential.
