PURPOSE: An automatic ventilator and an operation control method thereof are provided to turn a ventilating fan and an electric motor automatically to control the inside temperature. CONSTITUTION: An automatic ventilator(100) comprises a main body(10), an outdoor temperature sensor(20), an indoor temperature sensor(30), and a controller. The main body comprises an exhaust fan, an electric motor, a manual operating switch(13), and an automatic operating switch. The outdoor temperature sensor senses the outside temperature. The indoor temperature sensor senses the indoor temperature. The controller controls turns the automatic operating switch if the difference of the outdoor and indoor temperature which is input from the outdoor temperature sensor and indoor temperature sensor.
