PURPOSE: A microfluidic device is provided to automatically perform blood biochemical tests for various test items, to dilute samples according to various ratios, and to detect dilution ratios of sample diluents. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device comprises: a sample chamber(10) which accommodates a sample to be tested; a dilution chamber(60) which accommodates a diluent, receives the sample from the sample chamber, and provides a sample diluent; a first concentration detecting chamber(40) which receives the sample from the sample chamber; and a second concentration detecting chamber(80) which receives the sample diluent from the dilution chamber.
