PURPOSE: A metal nano complex is provided to ensure easy detection by generating strong signal through MRI or optical imaging. CONSTITUTION: A metal nano complex contains one or more metal nanoparticle having hydrophobic surface and one or more cationic polymer having hydrophilic. The cationic polymer surrounds at least part of hydrophobic surface. The hydrophobic surface contains organic surfactant having one or more hydrophobic portion. The metal nanoparticle contains magnetic metal or alloy.
