PURPOSE: A path search method considering the preference of a user and a navigator for the same are provided to search a path automatically by searching a time based destination from a previous driving history stored in the navigator. CONSTITUTION: Location information is transmitted from GPS(S200). A mobile frequency of POI corresponding to the time information of a previous driving history is calculated(S220). A path is searched by selecting the POI with the biggest account number as the destination(S230). The mobile frequency is calculated by counting how many times vehicles arrive within a fixed area of the POI. The time information comprises at least one of day, national holiday and hour.
