PURPOSE: A manhole opening and closing device for a fluid tank is provided to simply open and close a manhole cover by replacing multiple locking units with clamping members and tightening members. CONSTITUTION: A manhole opening and closing device for a fluid tank is composed as follows: A first clamping member(400) clamps a manhole(300) and one side edge of a manhole cover(200). A second clamping member(500) clamps the manhole and the other side edge of the manhole cover. A first tightening member tightens the first and the second clamping member in a circumference direction. A second tightening member tightens the first and the second clamping member in the circumference direction again. An upper protrusion(210) is protruded along the bottom end edge of the manhole cover. A lower protrusion(310) is protruded along the top end edge of the manhole cover to be corresponded with the upper protrusion. A locking part(610) is formed in one end of the first clamping member. A lever(620) is movably connected to one end of the second clamping member. A hooking ring(630) is movably connected to the lever. A first connection part(710) is installed in the other end of the first clamping member, and a second connection part(720) is installed in the other end of the second clamping member.
