PURPOSE: A method for inducing reprogramming of subject cells is provided to enhance reprogramming using peptide and maintain genetic stability. CONSTITUTION: A method reprogramming subject cells comprises: a step of preparing a fusion protein containing CPP(cell-penetrating peptide) and reprogramming induction protein; a step of transferring the fusion protein to the subject cells; and a step of producing fusion protein from microorganism cells transformed with an expression vector containing a nucleic acid molecule encoding the CPP and reprogramming induction protein. The method further comprises a step of isolating and purifying the fusion protein. The fusion protein also contains secretory signal peptide. The CPP is TAT(Transactivator of transcription) peptide. The reprogramming induction protein is POU5F1(OCT4), SOX2, KLF4, C-Myc, NANOG, or LIN-28.
