<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo press line operation method and an operation control device, capable of unfailingly preventing the generation of an interference and executing press operation with maximum productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The servo press line operation control device is provided with: a normal press operation control means; a normal transfer operation control means; an upward movement step delay determination means; a downstream-side transfer step delay correction control means; an upstream-side transfer step delay determination means; a slide downward movement step delay correction control means. The servo press line operation control method performs a normal press operation for matching a slide position θa to a target slide position θs based on slide motion information, and performs a normal transfer operation for matching a transfer position Xa to a target transfer position Xs based on transfer motion information, and performs a correction for delaying a transfer step of a downstream-side servo transfer device 30D as compared with the normal transfer operation when a slide upward movement step is in a delayed state and performs a correction that delays a slide downward movement step of a servo press 30 as compared with the normal press operation when an upstream-side transfer step is in the delayed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
