<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophobic production method of down and feather, imparting dressing comfort and, by suppressing generation of static causing adhesion of dirt and dust, antistatic function, and keeping durability of hydrophobic effects on conflict in aqueous washing. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a hydrophobic production method which includes removing impurities, sebum, dirt and the like from the down and the feather, coexisting in the same bath a polyvalent amino compound and a dihalogenotriazine-based compound having a hydrophilic substituent, having a step of the first stage high temperature heat treatment at 30°C-90°C and, when imparting static generation suppressing function and durable hydrophobic function to the down and the feather by applying at 60°C-150°C second stage heat treatment co-using a water-soluble or water-dispersible perfluoroalkylacrylate and at least one selected from a silicone-based softener, a water-based melamine urea derivative and water-based urethane, neither synthetic resin nor harmful agent is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
