<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a request reception system which correctly obtains an operation state, carries out feedback operation, and can optimize access to an end server without modification of the end server. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a correction server HS which receives a service request of a sample terminal MN(S) selected out of user terminals MN, transfers to the end server ES, receives service offered from the end server ES, and transfers to the user terminal MN. The correction server HS includes: a service time-measuring unit 36 which measures time from start to the end of service which the end server ES answers the service request and offers the service; and a reporting unit 38 which reports the service time to an access path server.
