<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical touch panel capable of reducing the number of optical component items used in an optical waveguide, and capable of facilitating assembling and adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: This optical touch panel 10 does not require the assembling of a lens and the alignment of an optical axis, and free from a positional shift of the lens since a lens forming part is integrated with overclad layers 18a, 18b (optical waveguide with the integrated type overclad layers).
