<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a three-dimensional shaping method which enables the manufacture of a precise three-dimensional model in a short time by using a compact apparatus simple in composition and a three-dimensional shaping apparatus. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In three-dimensional shaping by a sheet lamination method, a sheet material S made of water-soluble paper is used as a lamination material. During the lamination of each layer, by dropping a curable aqueous solution with the use of the nozzle of a liquid droplet discharge head 7, the sectional part of the three-dimensional model M in the sheet material S of each layer is made insoluble, and a curable coloring solution is dropped in a coloring part to color and cure the part. After the completion of a laminate S0, the laminate S0 is immersed in water to remove the sheet material S which is not insolubilized, and the three-dimensional model M is completed.
