PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly transmit a packet from a communication terminal to a mobile terminal in a local network without adding any function to the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A base station 14 acquires an address for a LAN assigned from the LAN 11 to a mobile terminal 15 in a communication area 16 to perform data communication with a PC 17 in the LAN 11. The base station 14 acquires an address for a mobile network assigned from a mobile communication network 12 to the mobile terminal 15 to perform data communication with the mobile communication network 12. The base station 14 stores an address for a local network and an address for a mobile network in association. The base station 14 receives data having a destination that is the address for the LAN from the PC 17. The base station 14 converts the destination of the received data into the address for the mobile network stored in association with the address for the LAN, and transmits the data whose destination has been converted from the mobile terminal 15.
