<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laryngoscope which raises operability of tracheal intubation, sufficiently secures a visual field from the mouth to the inside of the larynx in the tracheal intubation, prevents the tracheal tube from being accidentally inserted into the side of the esophagus, and into which a tracheal tube is surely inserted. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The laryngoscope is provided with: a grip 20 which is held by a practitioner; and a blade 10 which is approximately circularly formed, attached to the grip 20, and inserted into the larynx of a patient, wherein the blade 10 is provided with a guide groove 11 into which the tracheal tube is attachably/detachably inserted. The guide groove 11 is constituted of a bottom surface part 10a, a sidewall part 10b, and a guide plate member 10c, the visual field from the mouth to the larynx is sufficiently secured in the tracheal intubation by attaching the tracheal tube into the guide groove 11, the tracheal tube is prevented from being accidentally inserted into the side of the esophagus, and the tracheal tube is surely inserted.
