<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems that in the conventional hanging healthcare machine, weight is applied to hands as it is, an effect is not sufficiently obtained since a person directly hangs from a bar, joints are hurt since the weight is suddenly applied, neither children nor aged people can successfully hang from the bar since they don't have strength, and it is easy to hurt the legs since the total weight is applied to the legs when the person gets off. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An object like a bar is provided above and in parallel with a slide plate the surface of which is made easy to slide, and a vibration plate is installed at a lower part of the slide plate. In order to fix the slide plate, two objects like bars provided with ground-contacting fixtures are installed in parallel with each other, and a bar for setting the slide plate against it is provided so as to contact the two bars at a right angle.
