PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an opening seal capable of exhibiting superior sealability without generating fold wrinkles on a hollow seal part in a corner part. SOLUTION: In the mounting structure, the opening seal 10 having an overall length formed by an extrusion molding part E is attached to a flange formed along a door opening edge. The opening seal 10 comprises: a mounting base part 11 which is formed into a U shape in cross section with a bottom wall 11a, an exterior sidewall 11b and an interior sidewall 11c and which has a mounting lip 11d projecting from an inner surface of the interior sidewall 11c; and a hollow seal part 12 formed integrally with the exterior sidewall 11b. A cut-out part is formed at a corner part C of the flange and, in a corner part of the mounting base 11, a tip part of the mounting lip 11d is fixed on the exterior sidewall 11b, thereby to prevent the opening of the mounting base 11 in the corner part.
