<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure startability of an engine in a FFV (Flexible Fuel Vehicle) using alcohol fuel. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection)-ECU executes a program comprising: a step for learning alcohol concentration DEN (S130); a step for controlling an engine to start by injecting fuel more, as a learning value DENG of alcohol concentration DEN is larger (S102); a step for determining whether the engine started or not (S104); and a step for increasing the learning value DENG of alcohol concentration DEN by a preset value when the engine dose not start (NO in S104) (S120).
