PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced concrete beam capable of forming an opening part passing through it in the direction of width easily. SOLUTION: This reinforced concrete beam 1 having height being larger than width is constituted by arranging four upper end main reinforcing bars 3 in total at two upper and lower steps on an upper end side in the concrete 2, arranging four lower end main reinforcing bars 4 in total at two upper and lower steps on a lower end side in the concrete 2, winding a plurality of upper end restraint bars 5 around these four upper end main reinforcing bars 3 at an interval from each other to restrain the upper end main reinforcing bars, and winding a plurality of lower end restraint bars 6 around these four lower end main reinforcing bars 4 at an interval from each other to restrain the lower end main reinforcing bars 4.
