PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a two-dimensional radiation detector of a radiographic apparatus, wherein accurate calibration data cannot be created when a foreign object adheres on the two-dimensional radiation detector when the calibration data are created. SOLUTION: An image processing part adds calibration irradiation data when the last calibration is implemented to the calibration irradiation data acquired this time and averages the added calibration irradiation data, and pixels to which the foreign object adheres are detected based on the determination with a threshold. Then, an operator is warned to remove the foreign object. When the foreign object can not be removed, the pixels with the foreign object are complemented by replacing the pixels with adjacent normal pixels. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
