PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable valve system control device, an engine device comprising the same and a transport equipment capable of achieving both of output and fuel economy by enabling continuous adjustment of the operating angle and the lift amount. SOLUTION: According to control from the point P1 to the point P2, the difference air intake amount is made smaller so that the output is made smaller with less decline of the fuel economy. According to control from the point P2 to the point P3 in the case of further making smaller the output, the output is made smaller by reducing the air intake amount. According to control from the point P3 to the point P4 in the case of further making smaller the output, the output is made smaller by reducing the air intake amount. Thereby, since the output is changed through a region with a good fuel economy in the equal fuel economy chart, output and fuel economy are both achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
