PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the conventional method including the steps of removing asphalt concrete pavement on a steel framed structure deck plate to repair a swell on an asphalt waterproof layer and paving the deck again requires a long period of work, the scope of facilities subjected to limitation of use extends to the neighborhood of the site of the work and the repaired section becomes conspicuous and deteriorates the appearance after the work. SOLUTION: The swell can be repaired through drilling and injecting to shorten the work period, and to reduce limitation of use. The aesthetic appearance can be maintained.
