摘要

Studies have been made on the molecular mechanism regulated by a master regulatory factor TTF-1, and a TTF-1-specific carcinogenesis process is revealed.  Further, attention is focused on the analysis of the true nature and properties of a novel oncogenic signal so-called "lineage-specific survival signal".  As a result, it is found that the expression of a receptor tyrosine kinase ROR1 can be induced by the master regulatory factor TTF-1, and it is also found that there is a characteristic oncogenic signaling system.
