An address list system, includes at least one data input end and at least one inquiry end. The data input end includes a first input unit, a first data processing unit, a first storage unit and a transmitting unit. The inquiry unit includes a receiving unit, a second storage unit, a second data processing unit and an inquiry unit. The address list information of the inquiry end is displayed in a tree structure. An address list implementation method, includes inputting the address list information at the data input end and generating data files having uniform format and storing the files, preparing for data by the data input end, and interacting with the inquiry end, updating data files of the inquiry end, generating the address list in a tree structure at the inquiry end.
