<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics effectively improving skin inflammation caused by blotches, freckles, acne, discoloration caused by cosmetics, athlete's foot, sudamen, atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetics contain alcoholic plant extract which is extracted by immersing 1.7-2.0 pts.mass of Houttuynia cordata, 0.5-0.8 pts.mass of millet, and 0.5-0.8 pts.mass of Coix lacryma-joli in 100 pts.mass of continuously distilled Shochu.
