<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starting torque reducing device and method, which downsizes a motor and saves on energy. <P>SOLUTION: The starting torque reducing device is configured as follows: a drive rotor 8 is fixed to a motor output shaft 3; a rotating body 4 is rotatably arranged through a bearing 5 relatively with respect to the motor output shaft 3; a passive rotor 10 is arranged in the rotating body 4 by holding an idle turning section in a space with the drive rotor 8; after idling the drive rotor 8 by starting a motor 2, the drive rotor 8 is contacted with the passive rotor 10, and a follower 12 is driven by a force with inertia force; and the drive rotor and the passive rotor may be arranged in the follower 12, and the idling section may be arranged between both. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
