<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high speed processing that performance control timing from a signal waveform for indicating motion of an operator is determined in a suitable method according to an operation mode. <P>SOLUTION: A trigger signal generation section 112 becomes one of first to third states, every time an acceleration acquiring section 111 acquires acceleration. In the first state, a transition place is the third state, when a size of the acceleration is a threshold th1 or larger. In the second state, the transition place is the first state, when the operator 200 is a halting state, and the transition place is the third state, when the operator is not the holding state, and the size of the acceleration is a prescribed value or larger. In the third state, a trigger signal generation condition is made by including a condition that a peak is generated in the acceleration, for the second state before transition, and in addition, a condition including a condition that a passing time period after transition to the third state is a threshold th2 or larger, for the first state before transition.
