PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation sheet that efficiently dissipates heat generated by a heat generating device, is lightweight and easily fitted to a thermal module for heat dissipation etc., and does not produce dust such as carbon powder adversely affecting an electronic module. SOLUTION: The heat dissipation sheet has a polypyrrole polymer film (10 or 14) formed on both or one of a principal surface 12a and a reverse surface 12b of a metal sheet 12, or has a metal layer (16 or 20) formed in close contact with both or one of a main surface 18a and a reverse surface 18b of a polypyrrole-wetted sheet 18 formed by wetting a cellulose sheet with a polypyrrole polymer, or has a metal sheet (22 or 30) bonded to both or one of a principal surface 26a and a reverse surface 26b of a polypyrrole-wetted sheet 26 with a bonding member (24 or 28) interposed, the polypyrrole-wetted sheet 26 being formed by wetting a cellulose sheet with a polypyrrole polymer.
