NON-DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION METHOD OF FILLING STATE OF GAP OF CONNECTION MEANS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-destructive inspection method which enables the safe and certain inspection of whether a connection means is perfectly filled with a grout material after execution. SOLUTION: The non-destructive inspection method is composed of: the process 1 for arranging the connection means at the position opposed to a member to be connected; the process 2 for filling the gap 6 of the connection means with the grout material 3 from the grout material injection port 4 formed to one end side of the connection means by an appropriate means; the process 3 for completing filling when a state is achieved that the grout material 3 is charged and discharged from the extended discharge cylinder 8 filled with the grout material 3 and mounted on the grout material discharge port 5 formed to the other end side of the connection means; the process 4 for bringing a probe into contact with the surface of the end part on the exposed side of the extended discharge cylinder in a state that the grout material 3 in the gap 6 of the connection means and in the extended discharge cylinder is solidified; and the process 5 for transmitting the ultrasonic wave from the probe connected to an ultrasonic flaw detector to the grout material charged and solidified in the extended discharge cylinder and measuring the state of the reflected wave from the grout material by the ultrasonic flaw detector to confirm the presence and state of the gap 6 in the connection means.
