<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium which can record and reproduce digital moving image information, an information reproducing method utilizing this medium, an information recording method, and an information reproducing device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The information storage medium is characterized in that an AV file includes a video object, a cell time information includes a time code table relating to the video object, a cell indicating a reproduction section in the video object and PGC indicating a reproduction order of the cell are defined, duplicate reproduction of the same place in the video object between cells in different PGC can be performed, the PGC information indicates a reproduction procedure of the PGC, the PGC information includes information in which the cell time information is specified, the cell time information is related to individual information, and the individual information corresponds to information in which cell time information is specified.
