<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine accurately aged deterioration, such as wear of gas turbine blades, when a gas turbine is continuously operated for a long period of time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A gas turbine aged deterioration determination device determines aged deterioration of the gas turbine driven by combustion exhaust gas from a boiler. The gas turbine aged deterioration determination device determines whether the turbine blades of the gas turbine is aged in accordance with a degree of margin of a pressure ratio corresponding to an inlet pressure and an exit pressure of a gas turbine 25, a wheel space temperature of the gas turbine, a temperature of the combustion exhaust gas from the gas turbine, and an efficiency of the gas turbine, and then, if determined that the turbine blades are aged, it issues an alarm.
