<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive sensor which ensures contact sensitivity, while achieving a soft feel on contact and facilitates installation on a curved surface. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive sensor 101 includes: a sheet member 1 which is made of an elastic material and has paths 11a, 12a along the surface therewithin; liquid-medium fluorescent paint 2 which has optical transparency and is encapsulated in the paths 11a, 12a to form optical waveguides 21, 22; optical fiber 5a, 5b for introducing light into the paths 11a, 12a; and one-dimensional line sensors 6c, 6d for detecting light which has been introduced through the optical fibers 5a, 5b and has passed through the fluorescent paint 2 within the paths 11a, 12a.
