摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low dynamic spring by which a mass is enlarged to a practically applicable size, and the high frequency side is made wider than the resonance point. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A gap between a first mounting member 1 mounted to an engine and a second mounting member 2 mounted to a vehicle is connected by an elastic body 3. A rocking end 7 of a rocking arm 6 comprising a pendulum 9 is mounted on a connection portion of a first elastic body 4 and a second elastic body 5, in which the elastic body 3 is divided into two. The mass 8 is provided in the other end of the rocking arm 6. When the engine is vibrated, the pendulum 9 is rocked, and the inertia moment is applied to the elastic body 3 from the rocking end 7 so as to reduce the vibration as a pendulum type dynamic damper. At that time, the mass 8 is reduced to a practical level, and the frequency number and rocking direction are put in the same phase until a resonance point, and then in the reverse phase, thereby allowing the low dynamic spring to be effective in a wider range.
