PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-carbocysteine high content dry syrup preparation which has a higher content than those of commercial preparations and improves a sense of administration. SOLUTION: Provided is the L-carbocysteine high content dry syrup preparation comprising L-carbocysteine, a sugar such as sucrose, a high sweetness sweetener such as aspartame or saccharin sodium, and a disintegrator such as carmellose calcium. Although the L-carbocysteine high content dry syrup preparation has a higher L-carbocysteine content than those of commercial L-carbocysteine dry syrups, the L-carbocysteine high content dry syrup preparation has dispersibility and redispersibility in the same extent, and has an excellent effect that a sense of administration is more remarkably improved than those of the commercial L-carbocysteine dry syrups. Also, since the L-carbocysteine high content dry syrup preparation is mostly distributed in a relatively narrow particle size range, the irregularity of doses on the compounding of the preparation can be reduced.
