PURPOSE: An apparatus for treating non-biodegradable materials and a device thereof are provided to decompose the waste including the non-biodegradable materials effectively, and to reduce installation and operation costs. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating non-biodegradable materials includes a high pressure reactor(10), an input device(20), an electrolyzer(30), a heating/cooling device(40), and a discharge device(50). The high pressure reactor includes a cylindrical reaction bath(11), a pressure controller, and a temperature controller. A flow path(12) is formed from the top and the bottom of the reaction bath. The input device is divided into a liquefied biodegradable waste input device(21), a granular biodegradable waste input device(22), an oxygenated water input device(23), and an ozone input device(24). |
